Whether you’re seeking career advice, industry insight, or simply a sounding board, this program is designed to help you grow. You’ll be placed in a group with experienced mentors and fellow protégés who can offer support, perspective, and connection along the way.

I Have Knowledge to Share

If you’ve been in the industry for a while, you know the value mentorship can bring. This is your opportunity to share your experiences, offer guidance, and help support the next generation of A/E/C marketers.

I Want to Learn and Lead

You can do both. Many of our members are in a unique position to mentor others while continuing to grow themselves. We’ll do our best to place you in a group that supports both goals.

Program Kickoff is October 1, 2026 for the 2027 cohort. During the kickoff, we'll discuss topics, and scheduling for the quarterly meetings.
