Elevating the Role of the A/E/C Marketer

Session Overview:

Management opportunities and techniques don’t always come from above. Often times we are managing our managers, project managers and principals, making management a two-way street! Join us to gain some insight and tips on building respectful relationships that will help you advance your career.

Session Learning Objectives:

  • Setting expectations and teaching others how you prefer to be managed

  • Building the mutually respectful relationships that lead to greater productivity (makes them want to work with you and give you what you need)
