Management opportunities and techniques don’t always come from above. Often times we are managing our managers, project managers and principals, making management a two-way street! Join us to gain some insight and tips on building respectful relationships that will help you advance your career.

Pam Little has over 20 years of diverse project experience and has a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. She serves as a senior project manager for Pond’s Defense group and is an award-winning leader in the engineering, architecture and construction community.
Little’s experience ranges from designing and permitting to serving as an owner’s representative. Little has focused her career on making an impact on both the professional world and her community and she has been deeply involved in the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Women in Transportation Seminars, and the Green Chamber of the South.
Pam has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Columbia University and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
